Who we are

Legacy Point LLC ("Legacy Point," "we," "us") is a digital advertising agency that manages Google Ads accounts on behalf of its clients. You can reach us at simon@legacypointads.com.

Information we collect

Contact information. If you email us or request an audit, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you include in your message. We use it to respond to you and, if you become a client, to provide our services.

Advertising account data. When a client engages us, they grant us access to their Google Ads account (and, where applicable, related services such as Google Analytics) through Google's own access-management tools. We access campaign settings, keywords, search terms, budgets, and performance statistics solely to audit, report on, and manage the client's advertising. Clients can revoke this access at any time from their own account.

Website analytics. This website does not use advertising trackers and does not sell visitor data.

How we use Google user data

Where we access data through Google APIs, our use and transfer of that data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google account data only to provide advertising management services to the client who authorized the access. We do not sell it, use it for our own advertising, or share it with third parties except as required to provide the service or comply with law.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate our business (for example, email hosting), with the client who owns the account, or when required by law.

Data retention

We retain client account data for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, after which it is deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email simon@legacypointads.com and we will respond promptly.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and revise the date above.
