About Legacy Point

A Google Ads specialist, not a full-service agency

Legacy Point LLC manages Google Ads for home-service businesses and does nothing else. It was founded by Simon Perilla after six years inside Google's advertising organization. The person who audits your account is the person who manages it.

What is Legacy Point?

Legacy Point LLC is a United States advertising agency that manages Google Ads accounts for home-service businesses: HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, dumpster rental and similar local trades. It offers free Google Ads account audits and ongoing account management for a flat monthly fee.

It does not build websites, do SEO or run social media. The focus is deliberate: one advertising channel, for one kind of business, done properly.

02

Who runs Legacy Point?

Simon Perilla founded Legacy Point and does the account work himself. He spent six years in Google's advertising organization in New York, first as an Account Strategist, then training teams of Google's own account representatives, then as a Digital Strategy Lead working with larger advertisers.

He holds a degree in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and works in both English and Spanish.

03

Why does it matter that the founder worked at Google?

Google's account representatives are measured in part on whether advertisers adopt Google's recommendations: broader match types, higher budgets, more automation. Some of those recommendations help. Many of them mainly increase spend. Six years on the inside makes it much easier to tell which is which, and to know how the bidding systems respond to the data an account feeds them.

In practice that shows up as skepticism toward defaults. Legacy Point reviews every auto-applied recommendation, keeps match types tight, and treats conversion tracking as the foundation on which everything else depends.

04

Who is Legacy Point a good fit for?

Owner-operated and mid-sized home-service companies that already spend on Google Ads, or are ready to, and suspect the account could be doing more. It is built for HVAC contractors, plumbers, roofers, electricians and dumpster rental companies.

It is not a fit for businesses that want one agency for websites, SEO, social media and ads together, or for e-commerce. Marketing agencies that need a Google Ads specialist for their own clients are a separate case, covered on the page for agencies.

05

How does Legacy Point charge?

A flat monthly fee, agreed in advance, with no percentage of ad spend. Your management fee stays the same whether the budget goes up or down, which removes the usual incentive for an agency to recommend spending more. Ad spend is billed to you by Google directly. Agreements are month to month with thirty days' notice.

06

What results has Legacy Point produced?

In one HVAC account managed by the founder, leads rose 64% year over year during peak season while cost per lead fell 62% and total ad spend fell 37%, in the same service area. The gains came from removing wasted spend and tightening match types, not from spending more.

Results depend on market, season and budget, and no honest agency can promise a number in advance. The free audit exists to show what is realistic for your account before you commit to anything.

Where does Legacy Point work?

Legacy Point works remotely with home-service businesses anywhere in the United States. Everything it needs is inside the Google Ads account, so location doesn't limit who it can work with. The best way to get in touch is by email at simon@legacypointads.com.
